1. はじめに

Onyx（以下「本アプリ」）は、Safari用ダークモード拡張機能です。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリがどのような情報を取り扱うかを説明します。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報を収集・送信しません。すべてのデータはお客様のデバイス上にのみ保存されます。HealthKit やヘルスケアデータを使用しません。

ダークモード設定
テーマ、明るさ、ブルーライトカット等の設定はデバイス内（App Group コンテナ）に保存されます。外部サーバーへの送信は行いません。
広告ブロック
ブロックリストはアプリに同梱されており、閲覧履歴やURLは収集・記録しません。
自動モード（時間帯スケジュール）
お客様が設定した開始・終了時刻に基づき、ダークモード等を自動で切り替えます。時刻設定はデバイス内にのみ保存され、外部へ送信されることはありません。HealthKit や睡眠データは使用しません。
iCloud同期
iCloud Key-Value Store を使用して、お客様の複数デバイス間で設定を同期します。このデータはAppleのiCloudに保存されますが、開発者はアクセスできません。

3. 第三者への情報提供

本アプリは、いかなる個人情報・使用データも第三者に販売・共有・提供しません。

4. アナリティクス・広告

本アプリはサードパーティのアナリティクスSDKや広告SDKを使用していません。

5. データの削除

アプリをアンインストールすると、デバイス上のすべての設定データが削除されます。iCloudに同期されたデータはiCloud設定から削除できます。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としておらず、意図的に13歳未満の情報を収集することはありません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

プライバシーポリシーを更新した場合は、このページの「最終更新日」を変更します。重大な変更がある場合はアプリのアップデートでお知らせします。

1. Overview

Onyx is a Safari Web Extension that enables dark mode for any website. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles.

2. Information We Collect

Onyx does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information. All data is stored locally on your device. Onyx does not use HealthKit or any health data.

Dark Mode Settings
Your preferences (theme, brightness, blue light filter, etc.) are saved in an on-device App Group container. Nothing is sent to external servers.
Ad Blocking
Block lists are bundled with the app. Browsing history and URLs are never collected or logged.
Automatic Mode (Schedule)
Onyx can automatically switch dark mode based on a start and end time you set. Schedule settings are stored on-device only and are never sent externally. Onyx does not use HealthKit or sleep data.
iCloud Sync
Settings can be synced across your devices via iCloud Key-Value Store. This data is stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is inaccessible to the developer.

3. Third-Party Sharing

Onyx does not sell, share, or disclose any personal information or usage data to third parties.

4. Analytics & Advertising

Onyx does not include any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

5. Data Deletion

Uninstalling the app removes all on-device data. iCloud-synced data can be deleted from your iCloud settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Onyx is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated via an app update notice.
